@Derreck:
Yeah, I get around... but the roads can be really twisty in this country, so I bought a navigation system for my car (it also works as a handheld, too. :-) ).
When I say the roads get twisty here, I mean: think of the most twisty and convoluted roads from the North shore... then run them through some kind of Steven Hawkins/Einstien Multi-Dimensional Relativity Paradox and what you get are the roads here. :-)
Trust me, they are beautiful here...
... but a Navi is a must!
:-D
@Derreck:
People here really like black coffee. They sell many brands of black as well coffee with milk that has no sugar (like cafe oles and lattes). And people buy it!
Sugar does cost more here, but I am not sure if that is the driving factor. I think it is about culture. Sugar in tea and coffee is not such a big thing here. People seem to actually enjoy the straight bitter of coffee.
David you have truly lost your American mind. No more vacations for you. Glad to hear you are adjusting so well (lol). Have you gotten totally use to commuting around town? The barber shop guys are all doing well, I only there on Saturdays now because of my new job. Its great hearing from you keep up the craziness.
